Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
Return Request Timeframe
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return due to food safety reasons.
Replacement / Refund
Once the return request is approved and the product is received, we will initiate a replacement or refund within 5 to 7 working days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment used during the purchase.
